Atmospheric hotel, clean, exceptional staff and the beds were lovely. It was in a central setting close enough to walk into the city centre. Cafe The Blossom Cafe located 1.0 km away was a nice surprise.

Our stay was awesome, great value for money. The staff was super-friendly and we appreciated self service breakfast. Everything was very convenient during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was damaged bathroom.
The views were awful.

The entire hotel was clean, warm rooms. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was beautiful, immensely pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Location near to city centre and the city walls and a bus stop.

Certainly the best experience for one night in York. Tidy and sleek hotel with free parking. Beautiful and beautiful room, also good price value. Location was stunning, the property overlooked marina;))
